Covid-19 Update – November 26th

Dear valued guests, friends, and followers,

Once again, we face challenging times, but please be assured that our hotel will stay open except for our bar, restaurant, and functions. Sadly, any events that were going to take place before the 16th of December are cancelled due to government restrictions.

The latest government restrictions will be reviewed on the 16th of December, and we will keep you updated on the outcome.

While this saddens us, we are determined to ensure good communication and service during this period.

For those who have booked our events, please be ensured that should you wish you will be refunded for any money you have paid.

Please allow me to give you the following options:

  1. Hotel to retain deposit on your behalf to be used against future events or services within the hotel.
  2. Hotel to issue a full refund of all money owed.
  3. Hotel is currently looking at alternative arrangements, for example:
  • Christmas in a box: You may wish to opt for your Christmas lunch to be fully prepared for takeaway with your original choices.
  • Online events: We are looking at an online option for our kid-friendly events with your food available for collection or delivery. This will be an afternoon experience. (To be confirmed)
